Fabulous hotel in a lovely peaceful setting with great amenities. Quality rooms, super comfy beds and lovely balcony and sitting area.

We stumbled across this little gem while looking for a dog friendly hotel to stay for a family getaway. The owners were so friendly and made you feel very welcome. We stayed on the weekend so they had a fabulous breakfast in the gazebo. Everything was served with a smile. Beds were very comfy and you had everything you needed. Coffee maker and fridge make the room even better. Very clean as well. The gazebo is great for some drinks and relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. Or they have the...

A wonderful place for a stay in the Adirondacks. It’s not the Crowne Plaza nor a Marriott, and I’m glad it’s not! A perfect place to stay if you’re there for hiking and good company. A very friendly and helpful proprietor too.

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. Easy parking. Just around the corner from the main street of shops and restaurants and also the beautiful lake. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer.

Had a fantastic stay here for 5 nights. The hotel is lovely, and an added bonus I didn’t know before I booked it was they had free paddle boards and kayaks for hire on Lake Placid. A few of the gas fire pits were out of gas which was a shame. The location was great, close to the shops on mirror lake and plenty of things to do like Whiteface mountain.

Nice hotel just outside of town. Friendly staff and nice pool

Had a deluxe room which had a patio which looked over the lake & private beach. They have free hire of pedalos & other things which I didn't realise until the day I was leaving. Free parking too Staff were all very friendly & room spotless.

Clean room, easy check in. Basic room but access to fully equipped kitchen. More suitable for younger people doing sporting activities than a senior couple touring. Quirky. No issues at all.

My family (2x adults & 1 x 16 year old, 1 x 14 year old) stayed for 3 nights at the Alpine Country Inn and Suites. The Inn is a good location for Lake Placid, the Olympic facilities and Whiteface mountain. The owners are friendly ,welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The inn has facilities; the BBQ, swimming pool and fire pit (which my boys loved). We had a fab holiday, the Wilmington area and the country Inn was just what we had been looking for. A great location to enjoy the...

Easy location, clean and spacious
