Loved this hotel. Staff at reception could not be nicer or more helpful. The tall man in the bar was awesome and worked so hard. Breakfast was a real let down. It was inconvenient and mean! Could not eat the eggs and the croissants were stale. Made no sense to have to queue for the hot food, croissants and coffee. This puts terrible pressure on the poor staff who are worked off their feet. The hotel is obviously short staffed. What a pity! Everything else was so nice!

A lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast selection is good with a variety of hot and cold food and if you decide to stay for lunch, the set menu is great value at 15 euro per person.

Absolutely loved staying here. The welcome was warm (with an upgraded room as a bonus). The restaurant was beautiful and the food was incredible. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast next morning came with the most incredible view.

Very comfortable hotel, close to centre. Friendly efficient service and much better than average hotel breakfast. Rooms are individually furnished. Large bathroom with too complicated shower. Would stay again.

What a gorgeous room! High spec and attention to detail throughout! The location is perfectly placed close to the funicular to the Citta Alta. Our host, Leila, was outstanding and helped us make recommendations for dinner at places that served amazing local dishes with great service. We highly recommend Ginevra rooms for those wanting to enjoy all Bergamo has to offer. A fantastic city! We will be back!

Great place to stay. Stayed night before early flight out of Bergamo. Tourist tax was €5 per adult (under 18s free). AreaAbout a 30min walk into tourist area (or 10min walk to 'Roma 4'

We liked the hotel Regal also we loved the swimming pool.it was quiet and safe for everyone.

Incredible location right in the middle of the old square... Perfect for exploring everything Bergamo had to offer.

Great new property that was lovely and perfect for the late Ryanair flight in Arrived with 20 euro taxi, used PIN codes to enter, had light supper and wine across the road (open until 1am) Next day late start with walk around new and old town and back to airport to collect car and head to slopes Perfect Will go again

The room was really lovely had a private bathroom and a shared kitchen which we had our own little Rambo pack in the fridge it was made up of water, juice, yoghurt then in our room we had a basket made up of croissants, spreads and jams.

The hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. We uograded to a privilege room which was very spacious and as part of the ceiling was raised gave a very airy feeling. The bathroom was large and clean. The hotel looked a though it had recently refurbished. No noise was heard from any other guests or rooms. There was a good choice from the breakfast bar too, something for everyone. Its located at the very start of the town. I cant believe how easy it is to get from the airport to Bergamo and...

Lovely hotel great location amazing staff

Amazing helpful staff and good location. Breakfast was amazing for continental and staff could do not do enough for guests. This hotel should be nothing short of 4 star. Rooms were clean, staff were knowledgeable about local area and any questions we had and went out their way to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bergamo, it was perfect.

The hotel is excellent - our only problem (and it is quite a major one) is that it was not easy to find. We could not find geographical co-ordinates on its website and the small lane it is in was not known to our Garmin satnav. But having found the hotel we were fully satisfied
