"The name “Little Beaver Inn” is in our opinion, misleading. It is actually a simple motel room, not an inn. You can use the kitchen and living room in the nearby Lodge (same owners). That property is FAR superior to the “Inn”, yet only costs about $15/night more. With taxes, the $190/night felt quite overpriced for the small hotel room. The quality of materials and construction are nice, particularly the bathroom. However, it is a big stretch to consider this an Inn. Had we known it would be a motel room, we would have looked elsewhere. We can understand the 9.6 rating for the Lodge, but 9.6 also for the “Inn” in our opinion, is way too high. I would give it a 7.8 or so. There are three parking spaces for the five motel rooms. We would definitely stay at the Lodge - over 100 years old, beautiful living/dining areas, fireplace. But if the Lodge is ~$180/nite + taxes, the “Inn” should probably be more like $130/nite + taxes. Just our opinion, but we have stayed at inns all over the world. We have never stayed at an inn that was actually a motel room, albeit a nice motel room. No breakfast either place, btw. Cheers, Ed & Deb"

"There was zero amenities, no phone, no TV, no food, service, because their internet crashed. We checked out the next morning and you crooks are refusing to give me any kind of credit or refund for a two night stay therefore you don't even get one star. I will never do business with or recommend anyone to your business again!!!!!!!!!!"
