"Parking was easy. Room was outdated. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Hotel has thin walls and windows and was very noisy. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Elevator was broken requiring us to carry all our luggage up stairs. Shower door was broken. Should’ve stayed at Chamonix for an additional $50/night. Will not stay here again."

"Requested a handicap room.They say they couldn't change it . Assistant manager very rude and so was the maintenance guy our TV did not work so we waited around for about an hour then finally went downstairs and yes if they'd fix it and the guy said that he was too busy he'll get to it when he can. The room was just terrible I I am handicapped and I told them I could not step over in the tub but they wouldn't change it I knew they can cuz my wife used to beat it a gentleman manager for Marriott hotels they can just about do anything. I did request a handicap room when I made my reservation but somehow they said that the front just didn't get and they couldn't change it"
