The hotel staff were very friendly, and the location is great, but the room we stayed in was extremely uncomfortable ( bed was fine) but A/C didnโ€™t keep room cool, we had to continuously ask for towels and garbage was overflowing (we emptied our own). There was no place to put clothes in room ( one luggage rack) but no dresser or shelf. We staye

Lenny, Sylvia and rest of staff were very friendly. Our only issue is our room had a funky smell in the living and bathroom area (like sewage). But, the ability to use the lakefront and the lake view was amazing!!

Our stay was great. Very convenient and the people were very nice. Rooms were good, had everything you need. The pontoon boats for rent are top of the line, not like some places that give you junk to go out on. If you go out on the lake you have to get a tube for the kids to ride on!

Perfect for families
Fantastic for families with kids. Plenty of grassy areas to run around on, a small playground, a nicely protected beach, and free use of canoes, kayaks, and rowboats. But be aware that there is a huge difference between unit types. All of the rooms are clean and, though basic in their furnishings, are well maintained. But the simple rooms, even those with 2 double beds, have no real kitchen facilities - only a small fridge and a microwave and not even an electric kettle - and no sitting area, inside or out, while the larger units have a full kitchen, small but adequate dining table and sitting area and a full-sized outdoor picnic table along with a private barbecue. Friendly and helpful owners. Was perfect for what we needed - grandparents, adult kids and grandchildren - and we would definitely stay again.
