We came to Lake George with a group of friends. The check in doesn't start before 4:00 pm and there was a long waiting line in a lobby with no air-conditioning and 25 people waiting and temperature was in the 90s outside. the same condition for the dining room. The staff were not very friendly during breakfast. I think a hotel at this level must provide a better level of comfort and accomodation.

I had a wonderful day with a great breakfast and there was an old lady there, I will never forget her, she must be 84 years old and still working, I admire her

The toilet flush and phone didn't work in the first room. The staff quickly changed the room, but the drain was clogged in the second room. The breakfast was not good. I would not stay next time.

There was not enough toilet paper, we were given a handicapped room and didn't need it. Our bed was supposed to be King but was actually Full. Not a good stay at all.

The lobby and breakfast room did not have AC (it was absolutely too hot to sit in there), thankfully they had two picnic tables outside the hotel to eat at. The AC in the room, makes the room smell like mold. They are short staffed in house keeping, so don’t expect your room to get fully serviced unless you request it. The receptionist are all sweet and kind and were able to assist us when there was a problem. The hotel did the job, The pool outside is fantastic, they always had a lot of food at breakfast, and the location of the hotel was perfect.

This property needs help in maintenance and cleanliness. The staff was amazing and so helpful- but it is so completely run down - I mean bike week hello! I give so much credit to the staff and how hard they work tho! Thank you!!!

The staff was excellent, only problem was the first morning there was no hot water in the shower staff responded but after about 2 hours work we had warm water . The problem lasted through our stay. Warm was better than the Icey water day 1 but a hot shower would have been really nice.

While staying there, there was an electric failure in that area due to thunder storm, for 10 hours. The property doesn’t have any back up arrangements for the electricity. So there was a completely shut down. Problem for those who have small kids.
