"The staff went all out to make our stay feel the most confortable and welcoming I have ever felt in a hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable, they definitely went the extra mile. The spa, the location, the grounds, all were just stunningly beautiful. Walkable to the center of the shops, restaurants and coffee places. I would live there if I could. It is just an amazing hotel."

Pictures do not do this place justice. The garden view is amazing with visibility of lake lugano and the distant mountains. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I loved the breakfast, it's simple but very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel

It’s not like a typical hotel, it’s a very friendly atmosphere , nice clean spacious rooms, good breakfast with locally produced food. It’s very quiet and you are woken up in the morning to the sound of the cockerels- unless you choose to close the windows. I’d stay here again anytime.
