8/10 Good
Gail was an amazing manager. Helpful from start to finish. She helped to make our stay. A really lovely genuine lady. The place needs money input from the owners as fairy shabby. But room was nice enough. Clean, tea and coffee, fridge and microwave. Lovely reception area with all day snacks and drinks a big plus. Walking across the road wasn't safe but a carpark was free and convenient at Lake Arrowhead second's away. Over all a nice stay with fantastic views from our balcony. A good price....
