Top Laggan Hotel Reviews

The Inch Hotel

The Inch Hotel

8/10 Good
"We had a weird experience of reaching the hotel, as the phone's map program led us up a dirt road, rather than the main entrance of which we were unaware. Fortunately, we made it, and left by the correct driveway. I was disappointed not to be offered help with the luggage up the two flights of stairs to my room (no lift/elevator.) I also missed out on their proudly-described views of Loch Ness. My room had a view of a steep bank and some clear-cut woods. It is a fairly small hotel, an old hunting lodge; a bit shabby, but the food service made up for it. Excellent."

"The room was clean and TV, drinks bathroom all ok, the hotel was undergoing refurbishment, some electrical work in process in our room, so dining facilities were not available, can recommend the Bistro for breakfast and the chinese was good for takeaway. Price was good. The folk museum was excellent and Highland wild life park nearby."

"Comfy big bed and nice big room. Everything you could want for an overnight stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly and I would say the hotel's biggest asset. The furnishings and decor are a bit tired and dated and really could do with upgrading."
