"I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait till 7 o’clock in the morning to get a cup of coffee. There should be more options for getting bottled water or beverages or coffee and just to get a black cup of coffee took 10 minutes at 7 o’clock in the morning. And I know you have coffee makers in the room, but they didn’t have caffeinated coffee pods. "

"Upon arrival we were immediately yelled at by a valet employee for trying to pull into the parking garage. After a long drive of many hours, we simply did not know we needed to park out front first. We promptly apologized and explained we were guests at the hotel and wanted to pay for the parking. After berating us, he then tried to convince us to park at the public parking garage to save money. But after an exhausting drive, it set the wrong tone to be yelled and then have to justify our reasoning to park. After checking in, the desk explained that you have to make a reservation to swim in the pool. The pool is MUCH smaller than it appears. So be aware… if you plan to swim you need to make a reservation. The “restaurant” is not a restaurant. You order the food at the front desk and then pick it up and can eat at the seating. Which honestly is totally fine with me! But when I tried to order food on Friday at 6 pm and Saturday at 1 pm, the same front desk receptionist refused. She said it was “closed”. Then when I asked what the hours are she said, “it fluctuates daily”. So don’t plan on eating there because they won’t put your order in. Many of the “pros” of this hotel are not what they seem (pool, restaurant and parking). I say this as a warning so other families don’t make the same mistake. With that said, thankfully there are lots of restaurants, Whole Foods and parking within walking distance. Not ideal after a long day of driving but grateful nonetheless."

"Stayed here to watch a game at Camden Yards and the location was perfect. However, our room was uncomfortably warm and we were unable to cool it down. When we mentioned the air conditioning problem to staff, we got the impression that heating and air are reoccurring problems at this property."

"I got that I pay for, clearly it was not a 5 stars, when I came to the hotel everything looked clean and ok in my room but the power contacts didn't worked I had to to ask for help, when I went to bed It was as if someone had rubbed dirty armpits all over the pillows, was so disgusting the sheets were clean—they smelled fresh—but I had to ask for replacement pillows. Many of the people I saw entering the hotel appeared to be struggling with addiction issues, and they were constantly arguing with the staff. The decor made me feel like I was at a carnival in Brazil—a riot of colors—which was hardly conducive to relaxing or getting a good night's sleep. Overall, no one bothered me, but I definitely wouldn't stay here again; it served its purpose as a place to crash for a single night, and that’s about it. The location in Mont vernon is incredible, they should to update the hotel and will be excelente plase to stary."
