"Overall, my stay at the property was great. First the good things, the location is good close to most of the major attractions. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in the room. also one other thing I was on the sixth floor and there was some loud noise above my room all night long. I don’t know what it was. It did not prevent me from sleeping much, but perhaps that should be looked at. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The place was clean and smelled lovely at all times, which we truly appreciated. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also discovered only on the last day that the bus stop is very close to the hotel, which makes getting around really convenient. The airport shuttle service does not operate on Sundays. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was a fabulous break for our City Break. Located out of the centre, but totally accessible via the Metro, which was also so easy to use. Lots of local shops and eateries near by. The hotel was really clean, although I did feel the rooms were a little on the dated side (especially the bathroom) but as I have said, you cannot fault the cleanliness of the place. The breakfast was great, perfect selection and all really fresh - especially the orange juice. If you are looking for a great base to explore Madrid without the hefty price tag book it, as you wont be disappointed "
