"We found two roaches in our room after we checked in. We went to the front desk and no one was there. We contacted Expedia to ask for a refund for that night and the next night that we had booked. Expedia said they spoke to an employee there named Drew who wasn’t authorized to give a refund. We then left and had to find another hotel around midnight. When we reached back out during the day, they said they would not give us a refund. "

"Shampoo, conditioner, and body gel were empty before and throughout the whole stay, stale cereal in the lobby, no restocking of milk for cereal, toilet was clogged the whole stay from only a couple pieces of toilet paper, TV was not link to Internet the whole stay, and failed to link multiple times, room phone did NOT work, but everything else was perfect, comfortable bed, soft warm covers, microwave, etc. thanks for the stay!"
