"I totally love this place. I had a private room with bathroom, and it contained everything I needed - safe, fridge, desk, and a really comfy bed. Breakfast was great, staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and fun. I found that it's the sort of place where you can be really sociable if you want that, but also just sit quietly and be alone. There are hundreds of places to stay in La Fortuna, but when I return next year, I'll be booking La Choza again. The value for money is fantastic. "

"Clean room, great location, friendly staff. It is close to rope swing where our son had a blast. They offer breakfast in house or provide vouchers. You also get access to hot springs. We tried two of the hot springs and enjoyed both of them. If you can, take the guided tours they offer. We saw so many animals and learned a lot about the region. This place is a gem and hope that we will be back one day"
