"Staff friendly. Arrived at 3:15 wanted to charge me $30 for early check-in. I sat in the lounge and 30 minutes later he waved to me said I can check you in. I’d just had 13 hour flight from New Zealand!!! Did not tell me about signing up for the first shuttle the next morning."

"The location can't be beat. You'll find yourself right in the center of everything, yet it's quiet and safe. The staff is courteous and helpful. The in-room dining menu is competitively priced. But the room itself, though clean and comfortable, left a bit to be desired. The bathroom door slammed shut behind me. One of the sliding closet doors was stuck, leaving half the closet unusable. The ice bucket didn't work. Considering how much the room cost, I expected better. Still, I'd stay here again. The location and staff are that good."

"Good location, clean and friendly staff. Parking is overpriced, no breakfast and not so great amenities. Toilet also made some diabolical sounds everytime we flushed. But overall not bad"

"Staff trying to get into room after a hour of arrival. Then tapping on the door in the morning to see if we had gone, but waking us up instead. Also talking in the corridor on her phone kept us awake . Also attitude was not good when spoke to. The other MAIN problem was asking for tips in the bar."

"Great location just a 5 min shuttle to the airport! Easy access to snacks and coffee in the lobby and a nice pool area and hot tub to relax in after a day out and about. Great customer service, everyone was kind and friendly!"

"I love this hotel it’s one of the best I have stayed in, in a long time, so I booked it as a surprise getaway for my mom for Mother’s Day. She stayed here for one night while in LA before flying to Hawaii and she also loved it so If you’re thinking about staying in this hotel think no longer and hurry up and book."
