"Stunning, modern hotel. Great breakfast. The only downside was the rooftop bar had very limited seating and not enough staff to service the numbers such a disappointment as that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel."

"Large hotel. Everything okay. Only issue is during check in, front desk was not busy with 3 to 4 staff standing by doing nothing but will not check us in. Asked to use self service. Self serve did not work. Ended back at front desk and finally got checked in. Not very courteous and quite frankly rude not willing to help us first time. Most hotel check you in willingly with a smile."

"I loved this hotel. It’s clean, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Amenities are great, gym, vending room and lounge with coffee. Minutes walking from the train station is also nice! I will stay here again if I make it make out to Kyoto."
