Our stay started with more than a 1-hour wait for our room, despite the check-in being supposed to be at 2 p.m.
The food and the internet are excellent; everything else is very bad.
The hotel has been renovated recently, but they fixed it in a very bad way. It seems time ran away, and they wanted to open it before the season started, as the finishing shows in the pictures.
Most of the workers here are not professional and are always angry for no reason.
Housekeeping is horrible; I have never seen such bad quality cleaning in any 5-star hotel before.
Honestly, for such payments, we expected much better services.
I don't recommend this hotel 👎

"The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte ..."
