"Not suitable for those looking for a fun summer resort. Front desk Russian staff is by far one of the most uncomfortable staff I have ever dealt with. They give 1 room key and if you request a second key (2 guests) they openly say no. Electrical sockets are not all working so they offer to charge your devices in the reception. Air conditioning is not operational during certain hours of the day during the summer. Energy in the pool is quiet, apparently the “adult-only” ad targets 3rd age, rooms...

The beach and pool were stunning and great to relax. The food was impressive and there was so much choice (even for a vegan like me!) and we found the staff helpful.
