"Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days. "

"Its very disappointed, very dirty and not well maintained. It was very hard to contact the house keeping also. "

"The booking on-line was easy enough however, I did try to communicate via email- No response, needed to go through expedia USA to contact the Villa. Asked for transfer pick up, no show at the airport. Checked in fine, fridge- Not working, Air conditioner-Not working, all got fixed once mentioned. TV only 1 english station. the description says KUTA not really near the "Kuta" I know. won't stay again, for this price it was a poor & disappointing stay."

"When we checked in at the Sakaye we found the sheets and some pillowcases where dirty, I mean round brown stains on sheets. Tried to take a shower in the bath and there was hair everywhere, dirty water was filling in the bath because the stopper was not working. Did not like the idea of a shower/bath in one. "At the beginning of my arrival they told me that there was no booking until I showed them via email from your site. They then gave me a different villa than the pictures in the booking. I had no other choice because I could not cancel the reservation because of the terms of cancellation and wasting time. Also ask for time so I lost three hours to the subject. Please take the necessary action by you and compensate me financially for what it deems appropriate"

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
