"The rooms with pool are very beautiful, a good size and there are very nice decor touches here and there. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. This hotel has great potential but needs to be better managed. Overall the hotel seems to be a bit run down. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously, rooms included. "An absolutely fantastic property in Kuta. With some of the best service staff in the business. Property is well located near the beach. Safe. Secure. Lots of shopping close by. Next door to the Hard Rock Hotel. Awesome pool deck on upper floor overlooking beach, and amazing food throughout. A definitely recommended rating. Can’t wait till next trip here!!! Cheers. "
