"This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. "This place was advertised as sleeping 7, but it barely can hold 4. When told about the accommodation was told we are Japanese and this is how it works for us. Well, if you are renting to foreigners study what works for them. Also, the beds had black jumping spiders. The house was located in a dark alley with an abandoned property at its entrance. The place was really cold and the property needs updating. It is really not close to the train station and was difficult to find. Once you find it the...

"Location: a bit far , train station right in front of apartment. Not too far from Nakano broadway
Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet"

"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗
About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away.
One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"
