"We had a wonderful stay at Ten-yu. Our family absolutely loved the experience, it was incredibly relaxing, and the grounds were immaculate and peaceful to walk through. The food was fantastic, with a great variety of thoughtfully prepared options that made every meal enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to unwind. Having a private onsen on the balcony was a highlight for our family. It allowed us to spend quality time together while relaxing in a serene setting. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ten-yu to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable stay."

"The hotel was clean and air conditioned. There is construction happening on the main floor that I wasn’t aware of beforehand. The hair mask in the amenities selection was a nice touch and made my hair “sura sura” The breakfast buffet was pretty tasty and had yakisoba which I haven’t seen before. The coffee had an option for “to-go.”"

"I can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment you step foot through the door you are welcomed and looked after. The private onsen in room had amazing views, the free snack and drinks perfect before dinner. We had the grill option. Special shout out to our amazing chef Mitsuharu. Not only was he an amazing chef he shared his knowledge about Japan and its food. Also thanks to him for honouring us with special origami gift made by his daughter. I would highly recommend staying and we will be back. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who made our stay so pleasurable."

"I liked the location and the public spaces. The half board was disappointing- basically a buffet with a small add on. The mountain view described for my room was a courtyard and the pictures of the private onsen did not match the reality. My stay was just fine but it did not meet the expectations set by the descriptions online."
