This hotel is really nice. Room was very spacious, clean. But we had an issue with the air conditioner. Maybe because it’s fall the temperature was set to a point that the room felt warm the whole time.

Wouldn’t stay again

Small room cluttered with dehumidifier, trouser press, portable air conditioning unit, even though the room is air conditioned. Also large chair, taking up a lot of room. Only three clothes hangers. Vibration and noise of people walking late at night in room above. Uncomfortable small double bed, every time one person moves the bed shakes. Very little sleep had.

海老名駅から商業施設の辺りを通って10分くらいで到着しました。 最上階のツインルームを選択しましたが、広さも充分あり、清潔に保たれていて快適でした。 通電のためにルームキーを挿入しなくてよい造りなのは良かったです。 Wi-Fiの速さも問題なかったです。 古さを感じていたのですが、浴室内に水カビ等はほとんどなく、洗面台前のスペースが広くて使いやすく、うがい用コップの色分けや歯ブラシスタンドなど、細かい気配りを感じました。 ReFaのドライヤーやシャワーヘッド等も嬉しかったです。 ただ途中から水回りのにおいは少し気になりました。 空調はホテルで管理されており、自分で調整できないのは辛いと夫は言ってました。 私が気になったのは、受付時のフロントの若い女性スタッフです。 他のスタッフの方はホテルらしい落ち着きと丁寧さが伝わりましたが、その女の子は言葉遣いがなってなく、レンブラリーカフェの場所を尋ねると、 「えーとえーと…あっち…です！」 と、しどろもどろに返答されました。 更にそのスタッフは、私達の部屋の準備が整った情報を、全く関係ない女性二人客に名前の確認も取らず、ペラペラ伝えていたのも目撃しました。 ああいう仕事をさせるなら、もっとちゃんと指導された方が良いかと思います。 あと不満点は、レンブラリーカフェがゴールデンウィーク中にも関わらず、 「明日は館内点検で使えないです」 と言われたことです。 カフェ利用する方が結構いらっしゃったので、繁忙期に残念だなぁという印象でした。 総合的には良いホテルだと思います。

スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかったです。朝食も口コミの通り、充実していて、とても満足しました。 お部屋の壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の声が気になったことと、備え付けのシャンプーリンスが合わず髪が軋んでしまったので、星4つとさせていただきました。全体的にはとても満足です。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

朝食も豊富で充分だった。この価格で焼きたてをオーダーできる卵料理を出してくれる朝食がついているってなかなかないです。この物価高の時代に素晴らしいと思いました。　プロのホテルマンがテキパキ働く朝食会場とは裏腹に、フロントの女性はもうちょっと温かさをもって接客すればいいのにと思いました。悪くはないんですが、、、朝食会場のスタッフさんが素晴らしすぎてそのギャップが残念でした。

三泊しました。夕食はレストランがあるとホテル案内にあったのに一泊目、二泊目両日やっていなくスタッフの方に尋ねると今日はやってませんとの返答(一泊目)明日はと尋ねるとやっていますと仕方ないので近隣のコンビニへ行きました。どしゃ降りでした。次の日もやっていませんでした。最悪です。
