Everything was good except room temperature was very warm. The turned off all A/C in November. Will not come back in the future.

Kawasaki King Skyfront Tokyu REI Hotel
Breakfast was great but note it isnt free. Also if you check in after 9pm not really and food option available. Birws are great, hotel is vey nice

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very warm, polite, helpful and informative. I love the location not crowded. My kid was confidently walk in the neighborhood unlike other places. Minn Haneda Airport
It’s not the Imperial but it’s cheap, clean, quiet and conveniently located close to Haneda Airport. Shower was very good.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a stove and kitchen was perfect and allowed us to prepare some meals.
