"The trip was really good. Everything was great apart from the below issues : Breakfast on both the days of stay was same. Only 1 live counter of omlette and nothing for vegetarians. Menu for vegetarian was limited, but whatever available in the menu taste was really great."

"The resort is pretty , with lots of well maintained tropical plants, with just small number of mosquitoes. Lots of activities available. Food is very good. Checking checkout process was easy. Communicating with front desk was easy. Service is prompt and responsive. Only point to improve I would say is to make sure extras like lunch usage to be more easily electronically tracked and not lead to confusion by use only of paper tick marks etc. "

"Booked AC room and was given Non AC. Front desk person says AC room costs 2k . They have zero knowledge about app based bookings. According to them if payment of over 2k is received to their account they will give ac room.i am wondering if CX has got discounted price on app they don't care. Food was reasonable and good. Expedia this is unexpected and please refund atleast 500 as we were tired didn't bother to cancel and try other properties "
