"Amazing stay"

"This was a very nice stay. The facilities are beautiful, the restaurants are excellent, service was outstanding. We arrived at BLR at 2:30 AM. The hotel car I requested was not confirmed, so it was not there, but there were other Taj West End drivers at the airport and the quickly arranged another car for us. It was about an hour ride from BLR to the hotel. With customs, baggage claim, car pick up, travel, and registration, we were in bed around 5:00 AM. We were exhibiting at the BIEC. Ubers to and from the conference center took between 1 and 2.5 hours. There was no problem arranging for pickup at the hotel, but it was a PIA at the conference center. Our departing flight was at 4:00 AM and we arranged for a hotel car the day before with no issues. In the future, I would inquire about the possibility of local transportation from a hotel car. There was a storm during the evening and it knocked the AC out. Because of the storm, it was not too hot, but I notified the front desk in the morning and the AC was working when I returned in the evening. We ate dinner at all three restaurants and found all of them to be excellent. We also opted for breakfast, which was very good."

"Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff and good service, food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which served a variety of foods. The evening nibbles served in the Tower lobby was a welcome experience after a long day out; we indulged in this treat one evening of our 4 night stay. "

"Very family friendly staff and amazing service at the restaurant - Every. Single. Time. At the restaurant, we had tried the full bhojanam as well as the Onam Saadhya - attention to the tastes of specific regional dishes and the staff treating us royally - just splendid! "

"The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)"
