Having direct access to the water right from the room was a total game-changer and made the entire stay feel like a private tropical getaway in the middle of a bustling city. ​Being able to step directly into the pool from my own terrace was incredible. ​ You’re right in the heart of Orchard Road, so the best shopping and dining are literally steps away, yet the room feels like a quiet sanctuary. ​The staff was attentive and the entire property felt fresh and high-end. If you want a resort-style experience without leaving the city center, this is the spot. I’d go back in a heartbeat just for that pool access."

"The entire staff from arrival to departure were amazing. Bell men to front desk to the concierge staff were 5 star. Spa Massages with Pauline, Wendy and Zu were fabulous that we scheduled another treatment the next day with these ladies. Room accommodations to include the dining in room service were great. We felt very special and well taken care of the entire stay. Highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel on Orchard! Aloha nui🌸 Pat, Dee & Cara"

"The hotel was excellent. The rooms were great, bed was super comfortable, toilet and shower had an amazing view of the city. Lots of automation as you would expect in a modern hotel in a very modern city; automated checking in and out, robot cleaners, very cool. I would definitely recommend."

"Comfortable rooms but a pointless outdoor space - it rains often and is very hot in Singapore so this space would have been much better used to make a proper gym and a larger more comfortable lobby area"

"I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. The “co working space” was OK when the internet was working but the staff and guests would continually walk through or talk, so it was really difficult to work there. Overall, I feel this may work for others but I would absolutely never return. I spent a lot of money on this trip and feel the value was 100% not there. "
