However we requested a nearer room located to the elevator lift. They gave us a room at the end of the floor. It was difficult for us to move 3 luggages with a toddler to reach our hotel room. Overall, amenities were ok, staff could be friendlier to tourists too"

The sleeping mats were a bit difficult for an older person like myself. Koyasan in general was a nice break from the usual fast pace of the larger cities."
