"The room is pretty new but the surrounding of the hotel is not good. The location is not good, the road connected to the hotel is like a graveyard. The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. Overall not recommend this hotel."

"It is truly an amazing place! My family was welcomed right upon arrival by Ms Honda. She was so wonderful, she treated us like family! The time that the staff took to prepare the meals was great!
