"Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that...

It was a pleasant and memorable stay experience at Bel-La Monde Hotel Riverside. Located on NH309 Appx 11.5km from Ramnagar Station.
Property is clean, rooms are Cozy. They have Lovely Cottages as well. Some rooms are at Bank of River. One of best and unique that they have dedicated Villa having 5-8rooms with private Swimming Pool. I wish I could stay here. Nevermind, next trip sure as manager Mr. Daud promise to Upgrade nextime we come here. Due to time lack, we couldn't enjoy HORSE RIDING they...

I had a great stay at Namah Nainital.
They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired.
The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating.
The spa too could do with a facelift.
The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.

The property is too good. I want to extend my thanks to Hemant sir/ staff for such a wonderful and smooth stay.
Food is also really good. Our favourite part was the pool since it was clean and the amenities were really good.
