"Don’t be fooled with a 5 star rating of the resort. Neither facilities nor services meet 5 star standards by anyways. They don’t care about their guests, we were 3 adults forced to sleep on queen bed and asked to manage as other guests manage too. Otherwise pay hefty amount for a mattress overnight. Why would you take a booking of 3 adults higher than for 2 adults for the same room when you already know three can’t sleep on one queen bed. Misguiding customers to pay more for mattress. Rude...
