The hotel is located only 20-min drive from Mari Mari Cultural Village and offers great views of both sunset from the restaurant and the sunrise from the Rose Villa. The only disappointing thing was the long wait for breakfast, which caused us to leave for Kinabalu Park much later than we planned. Once the restaurant service improves, this will be the perfect hotel.

View was lovely from the balcony! Unfortunately the restaurant was too far for my Mom, who is in her 80s and can’t walk very well. So we packed dinner to eat in the room. Amenities are sufficient.

Great views. If you don't have your own transportation, you're a bit isolated here. But that's part of the draw. It's about an hour's drive from the city, and it's generally quiet and has fantastic scenery. On weekends, it gets a little busy with day visitors who come for the sunset and enjoy a meal in the restaurant.
