The hotel and staff are absolutely incredible!!! We would highly recommend this hotel. Sadly, there was a wedding going on during our stay, so we were not able to use the pool. However, the staff were exceptional and helped us find other activities to relax, and we will definitely visit again! Our butler, Nandini, went above and beyond, and made our stay very very special. We had the most amazing stay and sleep at the Taj Amer in Jaipur. Upon entering we were blessed with a tikka and a necklace and greeted by staff who were most helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, towels, gowns were changed everyday, everything was topped up everyday. All the staff were very polite, helpful, respectful and they always greeted guests.
