Stayed for 12 nights in April 2015, the hotel is beautiful and definately value for money. The breakfast buffet is great, pleanty of choice and has everything. We ate in Platoo on the beach almost every day, great food, friendly service and reasonable price. Also Pim's Cafe which is round the corner from the main entrance, fantastic food and service..always fresh food.

After a miserable bus ride, the staff here were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They dealt with are booking accidentally through two different sites and made us feel very welcome. We haven’t had this good of service for this rate anywhere in Thailand! Also - room, pool and beach are gorgeous!

Nice buildings with well designed rooms. Nice view from the main restaurant to the beach. Beautiful, large swimming pool. Chairs around the swimming pool, under the pine trees and on the beach. Very quiet beach. A few hundred meters away local restaurants, bars and massage shops on the beach and a few other hotels. Beachbar at the hotel. Good food and great breakfast. The hotel is approx. 12 km north of Khao Lak. Taxi cost 300 Bath one way.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff who did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay. The rooms and grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is probably one of the best we have had anywhere in the world. Very special!

I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. As it still is experiencing a soft opening phase, Le Menara offers brand new facilities. The main feature remains the over 100 meter swimming pool. The hotel offers a free activity everyday from yoga, cycling, beach walking, Thai boxing and even massage lessons or Thai cooking class. We feel so lucky that we found this little gem in Khao Lak. It offers both suites and villas, and is spacious and beachfront. The overall setting is romantically beautiful. We especially love the pool villas with the direct access to the main pool. The sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing, and we appreciate the in-room breakfast with its wide selection, from healthy to hearty options. We absolutely love this place and would definitely come back for sure.

We arrived late to a very courteous and efficient check in at the Apsara; opened the door to a fantastic sea front room, which was all the more appreciated when we opened the curtains in the morning to find the beach right under our nose. Great hotel. Beautiful on the beach. All the Thai staff are excellent and are warm and welcoming. Good breakfast and pool snacks. Sassi's restaurant is very comfortable and nice in the evening. Excellent hotel with a very nice pool - the happy hour cocktails in the swim up pool bar were great value. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Having paid for a bay room we were a bit disappointed with the view (room 210) as it looked out onto a wall with a very narrow view of a small pool behind the building. The location is ideal - very close to the beach and the main road - in walking distance to the market, restaurants and bars.
