"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "

The first two days, I had issues with my AC and was difficult to explain how to get there to the local taxis -but eventually all worked out and I was able to get to/from easily. There is no one on staff to help with any issues nor housekeeping - so it is up to you to manage that. "This was a 2bdr apt. No AC in the large living area. AC in the bedrooms was very poor. Probably needed maintenance. No WiFi in the master bedroom. Leak in the master bathroom kept the floor flooded. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom was out of alignment and made a lot of noise so it could not be used at night. This would have been a great rental if it was properly maintained. WiFi problem was due to the router being hidden behind a very thick cabinet and thick walls. Simple things...
