"The check in staff was amiable and the room was clean. But there was no air conditioner at all. It was hot and coming from the US, it was difficult to adjust even with the fan that was provided. But overall, not a bad experience!"

"After travelling throughout Europe, we finally found the perfect hotel room. The room was very clean, spacious, good lighting, and so well laid out. Comfy bed and pillows, bathroom very practical with large shower and plenty of bench space. Room and bathroom overall was modern and luxurious. The room also had aircon (we learnt the hard way this is not common in Switzerland but a MUST if you visit during their summer). Staff were also very professional and location is directly connected to the airport including the circle where you have lots of dining options and a supermarket. Would highly recommend."

"Younger girl at check in desk was super helpful. Offered various suggestions for things to do in the area. Missed out on breakfast due to third party booking issue, but option was there. I use a frozen pack to keep medicine cold during flights, and they were super helpful in freezing it at desk for my flight back with no issue as there was only mini fridge in room."

"My experience at Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations. To begin with the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sophie who assisted us the most throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the room were also very good, especially the different plug sockets in the room were very useful. Breakfast had a good variety. The use of the spa facilities as a guest was a nice extra touch as we were able to make use of this on our last day. The location of the hotel was also very handy as there was a convenience store within walking distance of the hotel and the bus station was only a 5 minute walk away. I have no regrets at all with booking this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone asking."

"The main drawback was that their restaurant basically only served one dish, and that was schnitzel. I like schnitzel, but theirs was poorly prepared. My wife makes better. Also, if you sat outside, there were bees constantly swarming your table and food, no matter where you tried to sit."
