Polite and helpful pre-arrival email. Super easy out of hours access. Room was very tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Great location offering amazing views over the water. Ideally located for good local eating. Would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic hotel central to everything & fabulous views out over the harbour. Room 802 was a top corner room with dual aspect. Spacious & comfortable with the best view I have had from any hotel around the World!

We had a huge room and appreciated that when our freezer leaked (previous guests had turned it off) someone came to sort it right away. The bed was very comfy and the room had everything we needed. The free breakfast was fine but not great! The windows could do with a wash so the view can be appreciated.
