"What attracted me to this hotel was its low price. It is an older hotel and the room was spacious and well-maintained. It was surprisingly easy to check in and for those who are arrivive by car, there appears to be adequate parking below the hotel.

"Close to the Shinyokohama station and there are many place to eat. Convenient stores are so close. Breakfast was really good variety of food. Room was very small, it was hard to open luggages and not many space to store clothes if you are staying for long time. But overall we enjoyed staying there."

"The staff was very friendly and helped me check in when the kiosk wouldn’t let me check in. The breakfast was buffet style and had lots of options and was good. The bed was harder than I anticipated, but after a long day of traveling, it didn’t matter since I feel asleep quickly. "
"It was not the least expensive hotel; but the proximity from three Shin-Yokohama Stations and free drink bar in the lobby were the best features. I purchased breakfast which was expensive but gorgeous. Hotel staff was attentive and kind."
"Hotel is located right next to shin-yokohama which is a major transport hub. Tokyo about an hour away. Yokohama about 15 minutes. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping center, karaoke, and a 7/11. Also a direct route to and from Haneda airport.
The hotel is a bit on the older side. Rooms are going to be very small, and bathrooms even smaller -- but that's par for the course in Japan. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and they understand (and in some cases speak) English."
"My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!"
