"We stayed for one night and checked in about 11pm from a very hectic journey but instead of having a peaceful sleep to rejuvenate for the next day’s activities, we were working up by Kirtan playing loudly on a speaker for about three hours, which we were informed later that it was being broadcast live from Harmindar Sahib I think the hotel management need to be mindful of guests who may not want to hear this in the early hours of the morning especially when they have booked a luxury hotel for a relaxed stay."

"The experience of our stay was excellent. We have stayed here previously on two occasions and the service remains outstanding. "The overall stay was good, we had all the useful amenities and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to arrange cabs and they had a free shuttle to the Golden temple. However cleanliness could have been better, it's a dated hotel on the inside and so surfaces looked old and unclean. There needs to be more attention to detail when cleaning or prepping a room. We loved that there was a beautiful mall right next to the hotel at walkable distance."

"The check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The room and hotel was clean and modern with good facilities. The breakfast options were varied and suitable for all tastes. The hotel is by the main road into Amritsar. It was easy to get transport to go into town and see the sights of the Holy City."
