Loved the location of being nearer the old side of Kyoto. Spacious lobby was lovely along with rooftop bar. Balance between sympathetic design and modern luxury. Breakfast was excellent and very varied to others we had in Japan. Room was good and a generous size. Ground floor didn’t have much light but that was okay as we were out all day. Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

Exactly like the pictures. All the necessary facilities for the families or groups. Had the 2 kids in the bunk above 2 double beds. Staff very helpful. Can leave luggage if u arrive early or have a later flight. Allowed earlier check in or later checkout if possible. Great location.

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

Very clean and convenient hotel. The room was spacious and the facilities excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of good restaurants and dining options nearby as well.

Close to station

The hotel is fairly new. It is centrally located within the district we stayed in about 4 km from Kyoto Station. The hotel staff were very helpful when we had to change our travel plans due to the cyclone that hit Tokyo and managed to find us alternative rooms in the hotel. Excellent service.

Lovely place, very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the little treats throughout the day, and the amenities was great.

Check in & out was so quick & easy, especially checking out - you just put your key card into a machine & you’re done. The hotel is in a great area as indicated by the ‘What did you like?’ section above. The rooms were always cleaned & restocked with bottled water, towels, etc.

We were so pleased we booked this hotel for the night before our very early flight. Not only was the hotel incredibly convenient for the airport, it provided a bit of luxury before our flight home. We had a large and beautiful room and everything we could have needed, including complimentary toiletries and drinks and a wonderful view for plane nerds! The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Convenient location next to train station, wonderful breakfast, smart decor

We stayed here in November 2023 in an executive King Room with lounge access. This hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, the bed absolutely massive and a lovely view out to the city below. The lounge access with the executive rooms was well worth the extra cost. Breakfast is held in the lounge (if you have access), which is on the highest floor, with large windows and a great view out. There was a great selection at breakfast, with lots of local japanese items, which we were hoping for!...

Great hotel with a comfortable room and decent size for an Osaka hotel. They have a good buffet breakfast on offer, and it was a lovely touch to have a welcome drink as part of our stay. The hotel has good transport links so it was really quick and easy to get around to all of the popular locations in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Osaka.
