"The property is nice and modern and well-styled. However, the key problem for us was the adjacent construction site, which we were not told about. We were woken early by machines and beeping each day and the balcony was covered in dust. Also the unit needed a good maintenance check, as when we arrived there were a number of advertised items missing and a broken dining table and chair. "

"53 Dawes Street is really close to a great strip of cafes and restaurants, most of which were open over our stay at Easter. Not so good was some noise from neighbours having a barbecue in an appartment below, but that was very a minor irritation."

"Spacious apartment close to restaurants, bus depot markets, river walk and parks. Parking lot was tight for a Kia Carnival but not impossible and smaller cars would have no problem. Beds were comfortable and we’d stay again."

"It was well-appointed, tidy and a convenient location. Really Estate were very thorough and efficient."

"Very quiet area. Lots of dining options. Apartment was clean and well laid out. Only down fall was havinng only 1 set of keys to access the place and the requirement to drop the keys to the realestate when leaving. Although not far away, with no car and raining it was inconvenient. Surely keys should be able to be left in the apartment when leaving."

"Accommodation Canberra notified us late that Azure, which had been confirmed, was unavailable. They re-accommodated us to the Kingston foreshore in a new but dingy and dirty flat with a terrace which was unacceptable. The only flat available, along City Walk for the same price as Azure, was tiny, noisy and not fit for holiday use. This was a celebration long weekend and turned out to be a great disappointment."
