"Not a fan of the black mold present in Unit 8! Clearly there has been either poor property checks or the Landlord is not maintaining the property. The maintenance staff said they would visit to inspect and do a temp fix and paid it off. Also the fly screen door was off its rails, the data wall point was broken and the shelf in the shower was broken. So much potential yet so much disappointment. To make it worse there was a couch in one parking spot so we had 1.5 carparks!"

"This property is in a great location in Kingston with lots restaurants, cafes and a well stock superbarn across the road, everything we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable."

"Accommodation Canberra notified us late that Azure, which had been confirmed, was unavailable. They re-accommodated us to the Kingston foreshore in a new but dingy and dirty flat with a terrace which was unacceptable. The only flat available, along City Walk for the same price as Azure, was tiny, noisy and not fit for holiday use. This was a celebration long weekend and turned out to be a great disappointment."

"It was well-appointed, tidy and a convenient location. Really Estate were very thorough and efficient."

"Very quiet area. Lots of dining options. Apartment was clean and well laid out. Only down fall was havinng only 1 set of keys to access the place and the requirement to drop the keys to the realestate when leaving. Although not far away, with no car and raining it was inconvenient. Surely keys should be able to be left in the apartment when leaving."
