"We did have to switch rooms due to a fishy odor in one room but the hotel gave us a new room immediately . Everything else was absolutely wonderful . The pools were actually heated ! Just wonderful ! The restaurant served a fruit salad that had gone moldy but it was hard to spot and they fixed the situation promptly . We enjoyed our stay overall very much . The warm pools even outdoor ones made up for any other glitches . "

"First thing when we walk in the room was a cockroach crawling across floor. The staff was very nice and helpful. Didn’t stay there long enough to check out the breakfast because we had to catch an early flight. "
