When I returned to my room later that day, the charging case was gone. I checked with the front desk, but they had not seen it. "The only thing that met our expectations was the excellent customer service and help we got from staff especially the manager on duty. She stayed late until 0100 am to receive us and was understanding when we told her the facility didn’t meet our expectations and reached out to owner to make sure we got charged for only one night."

"I primarily h add issues with the no elevator because I had yo take my luggage up three flight of stairs. I wish there was a phone yo communicate with the receptionists so I had yo go down every time I needed something. Other than that, it was clean and well kept with great breakfast options. "

"DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit.
