"Toilet did not work upon arrival. A simple check prior to releasing the room would have avoided the problem. Beware of additional spa charges. I booked the room so my disabled partner could swim. However the charges were listed below where I had to select my chosen room type. By below, I mean below ALL the other room types. So despite sellinn you the spa dream, they drip feed additional charges. They also charge you 5 GBP per person for room service. Very disappointing for my wife and hard to see why I would recommend. "

"Very nice hotel, great location. But noisy late at night but not too bad. My room was excellent, large, well-equipped and comfortable. Needed another light in the bathroom. Check out time of noon would be better than 11am (just in case you need it). Car park was very secure. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Good location in town centre, parking on site, very nice friendly and helpful staff. Food & drink good. Nice decor and room tidy. Only complaint - room was on the front and noisy with traffic - requires double glazing and better coverage curtains to stop car lights. Traffic is light but the windows are old and offer no sound reduction. But I would be happy to stay again - in a different room."
