"I stayed here for a night twice during my vacation, both times having a poolside room with one bed. Though the room was small, it had everything I needed. I absolutely loved walking out my door with the pool directly in front. I can't explain it...but my second stay almost felt as though I were coming 'home.' Great amenities: in-room safe, slippers, toiletries, filtered water, TV, a/c and more. In terms of services, I especially loved the airport shuttle and the shuttle to Beachwalk Shopping Centre in Kuta, the latter of which is directly across from Kuta Beach. I also loved that they have a donation bin for your unwanted clothes. (I didn't catch who the clothes will go to, but hopefully to a charity for re-distribution.) I'm sure there are other things available for guests that I wasn't aware of. The restaurant food is good, however there have been errors in the menu resulting in subsequent mistakes with my order...and I found language a bit of a barrier the first time as well...but all was rectified satisfactorily. The Front Desk staff are also lovely and speak English well. Last, they do have a spa here, but pricey compared to surrounding; I recommend booking early as they were full when I tried to book same-day. Not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants or activities...but there is a grocery store a block away. My only 'complaint' for feedback purposes, is that the pool closes rather early at 8:00pm. Other places I stayed were 9-10pm."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and bright, and we loved our pool room. It was the perfect place to relax and finish our holiday. The breakfast buffet was enormous, with so many delicious options, and all the food we enjoyed throughout our stay was fantastic. A huge shout-out to the head chef! While we were waiting for our room, we ordered food and he personally came over to introduce himself and let us know he was available if we needed anything. We later saw him planning menus on his laptop, overseeing breakfast, and still there at 10 p.m. on seafood night! His dedication was remarkable, and the care he puts into his work really showed. He deserves special recognition. The spa was also wonderful and helped us feel relaxed and refreshed before our journey home, as relaxed as you can be before a 15-hour flight! What really stood out was the warmth of the staff. Every staff member we passed greeted us with a good morning or good evening. Such a simple gesture, but it made us feel welcome throughout our stay. From the lovely rooms and fantastic food to the relaxing spa and thoughtful service, this hotel gave us a wonderful end to our trip. Thank you to the entire team, we would happily return and highly recommend staying here!"
