"Maybe not many people know this place, but Royal Indah Cabin is a hidden gem worth staying at. It’s easy to find on Google Maps, has large parking, friendly staff, and includes breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the water heater works well, and the lake and mountain views are amazing. It’s also close to Dermaga Kedisan and a minimarket, which makes it really convenient. "It was a beautiful resort and the people who worked there were so accommodating and cheerful. We felt very looked after. They do offer airport pick up for 3 nights stay and over. Excellent service"

"Poor communication from the unfriendly staff. We didn't get informed the stairs walking upstairs and down stairs are full of bird poos in the night and morning, my dad fall of from the stairs in the morning, luckily he didn't get serious injuries. After that my dad helped to clean the stairs with some towels, after all of that the hotel try to charge me the use of the towels today! We also met grumpy staff when we chick in, she wasn't very patient when we had one extra guests than the original booking. Overall beautiful place to stay unfortunately staff need to be better communication and more friendly to guests."

"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next stay! "
