Absolutely Brilliant, if you are willing to accept No Signs in English, and Staff severely limited in the English language! I loved it!

Very good and delicious variety of western and Japanese breakfast.

Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed.

Only there for a couple of nights, perfectly good hotel though it is next to a busy road.

All hotel staff are very professional. I couldn't imagine this level of high standard for everything at this cost. Very satisfied.

My first time staying in a Vessel Hotel, I had previously noticed them looking through Hotels.com as good value for money and well designed Hotel chain. A slightly smaller room that most in Tokyo but still offered comfort with an awesome high pressure shower to get revitalised. I had the Breakfast Buffet which was great value with plenty of choice options. Very pleasant and organised staff at this Hotel during my stay, I thought it was exceptional value.
