"We had a very comfortable stay in the east wing family room for our family of 4. We love that there are 4 beds in the spacious room. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a safe and convenient location near several train stations. It’s great they have a laundry facility there, although you have to go down the elevator with your laundry and walk through the lobby and use the main elevators to get there from the east wing where all the family rooms are located. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Very conveniently located next to a main train station, the Yamanote Line. There's a food court with something for everyone as well as a 7-11 right outside. If you're not wanting a food court setting, there are a bunch of restaurants located right outside."

Location, local train just outside the premise and will take you to some main transfer stations. Convenient store (Lawson) also just outside. And two big food and shopping building 5 minutes walking. We will def be coming back here next time we come back to Japan."
