"There is a block of rooms in the Ocean Tower which are super outdated with dirty carpets, leaky shower heads, and clogged sinks. And the key card stops working ever few hours so you have to go back to the lobby to get it re-keyed . We got 3 of those rooms. They seem to be room #s 74 and up (1074, 1075, 2074, 2075, 3074, 3075, etc). Very very disappointed, really gives the Hilton brand name a horrible look. Plus, tram service to Ocean Tower is painfully slow but your other option is a 12-15 minute walk from the man lobby to the Ocean Tower. Horrible floor plan. Highly recommend AGAINST staying at this property. "

"Wasn't able to use the hot tub or the "quiet pool." Rooms were outdated and mattress in our room were really old. Curtains needed to be cleaned bad and had stains all over them. Dresser smelled really bad, so I couldn't put my clothes in it. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows were really clea. It was nice that the room had stuff to play in the pool, sand toys for kids, and sunblock. "
