"I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom had a strong drainage smell and the tiles were not properly cleaned. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the property is far from what anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rating and reviews online do not reflect the actual condition of this place. "

The property has a wide range of activities, which makes it a good choice for guests who prefer spending time within the resort itself. However, the location is quite secluded and far from main Manali, which may not be ideal for those looking to explore the town. While we had booked both dinner and breakfast buffets, the food was average and did not meet the expectations one usually associates with ITC properties. The options were limited and the taste was just okay, especially compared to other ITC hotels that we have been at. Overall it was a good experience"
