clean room, good staff, great views from room, good food, courteous staff and shuttle service from hotel also available for nearby fixed spots. Overall a great place to enjoy vacations. Had a wonderful stay.

I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

Great location, courteous staff very hospitable. Food is also very good a mixture of Indian and continental. We stayed at the Cliff House cottage which is very tastefully done and has 2 bed rooms on split level and living room on lover level. 2 areas where the hotel can get better is one to have more signages as one approaches the hotel. This place is in the hills and sometimes can become a challenge reaching the hotel. Secondly, the website does not do justic to the product, there should...

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.

It is a decent property with good staff, delicious food. Some buildings of the property are under renovation so some nearby noise keeps troubling you. Location is good with complimentary shuttle service
